  • Support job posting, resume screening, interviews, and hiring coordination.
  • Build and maintain a qualified candidate pipeline for current and future needs.
  • Develop onboarding programs and support regular sales training sessions.
  • Track outcomes, performance metrics, and recommend improvements to training processes.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales support, training, recruiting, or related coordination work.
  • Strong organization, communication, and multitasking ability.
  • Comfort with sales tools, CRM systems, and training platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Training, Sales, or related field is preferred.
